城市公共安全风险、工业化与智能建造、绿色建筑、智慧园区规划等。

近年主要科研项目

   近些年主要在城市公共安全风险、工业化与智能建造、绿色建筑与可持续发展、项目团队管理与协同创新、智慧园区模式、新城PPP模式、房地产税制结构、房地产开发策划等方面进行研究，具体负责和参与的项目如下：

   城市公共安全风险：淄博市安全发展示范城市建设安全风险评估项目（2019-2023），北京市城市管理行业领域安全风险管理体系建设（2023），编制《澳门应急预案体系之部门应急预案》（2019），编制《澳门“天鸽”台风灾害评估总结及优化澳门应急管理体制建议》报告（2018）。

   建筑工业化与绿色建筑：国外预制工厂规划设计状况调研及华北区域建筑产业化发展战略规划研究（2016-2020），装配式建筑新兴信息技术关键路径选择及策略研究（2018），建筑工业化多利益相关者协同创新机制研究（2015-2017），国外绿色建筑评价标准研究（2012-2015），建立促进可持续发展的施工阶段项目团队信息流模型的研究（2008）。

   园区规划与房地产：智慧园区发展研究（2014-2015），某市互联网产业发展研究（2015），某市创新驱动示范新城运营管理模式及产业发展研究（2014-2015），某低碳生态示范区发展研究（2014-2015），某文化创意项目开发研究策划等（2012-2013）等。国外房地产税制结构及我国房地产税制改革研究（2013），香港农地（屋地）征收与补偿研究（2012），香港房地产保有环节税制研究（2012）。
